THE SHINKO STORY

Established in 1946, Shinko began as a manufacturer of bicycle tires and tubes in Osaka, JPN that today has become a burgeoning manufacturer of various rubber goods.

In 1998 the Shinko Group invested in the motorcycle tire technology and molds from Yokohama Rubber Co. With manufacturing based in South Korea and design based in Japan, Shinko Tires has seamlessly combined advanced Japanese engineering and design principles with superior South Korean craftmanship and quality control standards. Today the Shinko Tires Group produces approximately 200,000 motorcycle tires per month, distributed across the world.

On going testing in the USA and Shinko R&D department means a continuous road of exciting tires that meet riders expectations.
